2016 Colleges of the Fenway Fall Counselor Tour

Deadline to Register: Friday, October 21, 2016

During this day-long tour, you will have the opportunity to visit all six institutions and learn more about the unique programs and opportunities offered to students by the consortium.

Please note: This tour is extremely popular. For that reason, we must limit registration to accommodate as many high schools as possible. Please note we limit two counselors from one high school to attend the tour. This tour is usually full by the end of September.

Registration requires a $25 deposit either via credit card or check (made out to Colleges of the Fenway). Once you complete the tour your $25 will be refunded to your credit card the next business day or your check will be returned to you.

You are not officially registered until we receive your deposit and your online registration information. The check will be returned to you the day of the tour. You are permitted to cancel with no penalty any time before October 24. If you cancel prior to deadline, we will void and shred your check. Anyone who cancels after the October 24 deadline will forfeit their deposit. In addition, deposits are non-transferrable.

Please register with the name that appears on the check. Colleges of the Fenway cannot fully register you if the name on the check is different from the name you use on the online registration system. If you are sending a check from your school, please include both names of the attendees on the check in order for them to be fully registered.

Transit and Parking Information

We strongly encourage our registrants to take public transportation into Boston. The closest MBTA stations are Ruggles Station on the Orange Line and the Museum of Fine Arts stop on the Green "E" Line. Both stations are only about one block away from Wentworth Institute of Technology's campus.

Very limited parking is available at Wentworth on a first-come first-serve basis. To request parking, please email TBaclawski@colleges-fenway.org. Additional, paid parking lots and a garage in the area are located at 20 Museum Road at the Museum of Fine Arts.

Hotel Accommodations

We understand that many of you are traveling in from various parts of New England and the Mid-Atlantic and it may be a difficult commute the morning of with an 7:00 AM start time. If you should need hotel accommodations for the night prior (11/3) or the night after (11/5), we recommend the following two hotels.
